This project involved remodeling the entire first floor of the home. New wood floors were put in the living room, dining room, foyer area, and kitchen. These rooms were updated with new lighting, crown molding and fresh paint colors.
The kitchen was completely transformed from a 1971 kitchen into a modern kitchen with new cabinets a commercial cooktop, recessed and decorative lighting, LED under cabinet lighting, granite countertops, and a separate double convection oven in a new pantry area and a microwave drawer in the island. Bronze accents grace the space bringing in contrast to complement the antique glazing on the raised panel cabinets. Bronze insert tiles and a border add interest to the backsplash design, which highlights the cooktop area. We converted the peninsula into a larger island with a charging station in a corner cabinet and ample storage space for cookbooks.
An outdated, unused desk area was converted into a wine/beverage center.
