Habor Pointe Downtown Condo

Our client desired a complete update to their downtown luxury condo on the Lake. The design focuses on enhancing comfort and flexibility while highlighting the beautiful views. We re-designed a custom media center, balanced with a custom-sized neutral sectional with artistic accent pillows and leather swivel seating.

The dining area has chairs on casters with custom slipcovers for easy care. Update lighting and motorized shades allow our client to control the ambiance of the space from their smart phone.

We created a work area that overlooks the lake, and designed built in storage around the perimeter to provide ample storage.

The highly efficient galley kitchen incorporates wood cabinets with full height quartz backsplash and contemporary appliances.

We designed a custom bed surround with a textured wallcovering backdrop and elegant wood furnishings to complement the metropolitan style bedroom suite and added a custom closet to enhance storage.
