Custom Millwork - Staking Ceiling

By reversing  the room layouts of the Living Room and Dining Room, we increase the ease of access to the dining room, connecting it to the kitchen and living room for better traffic flow. It is the perfect space for entertainment and family gatherings.

To add drama and interest, we designed wood ceiling beams in a pattern aligning with the windows to mimic the Tudor style of the exterior adding dimension and impact. On the walls of the dining room, we chose a textured metallic wall covering that provided the perfect mix of beige and metallic silver to connect the rooms on the first floor of the home. The walls create a stunning visual as they glisten in the light.

Rooms rarely used are now used daily by the homeowner- their quality of life has been improved, and their joy has increased!
