Our clients sought to update their newly purchased home in Wheaton, IL. He is from Wheaton, IL,  and she is from the UK. His business takes them to London often. The home is a traditional style Georgian home adjacent to Cantigny estate and backs up to Cantigny golf course, resembling the style of the McCormick mansion. Our client loves classic design and wants features resembling one of their favorite places: the Dorchester hotel in London. The project encompassed a complete overhaul of the entire first floor including Living Dining, Library, office Kitchen, Laundry and Powder rooms. The Master suite on the second floor was completely remodeled and updates complete in the 3 bedrooms. The lower level included an update of the open area with complete remodel of the media area, adding a new bar area and creating a spa area in the former large electric closet. We actively worked with our client to update the exterior as part of the project.
